Here are some quick and easy ways to stay active! Many of us find it difficult to make time to be active because of how busy our schedules can get. Whether you’re a stay at home mother/father, work a 9 to 5 job, or just simply find it hard to get started, be active!

Get and Stay Active!

Being advocates of health and wellness, here are some short exercises you can do throughout the day!

  • Jumping jacks
  • Push-ups
  • Wall sit
  • Squat
  • Running in place
Exercise Anywhere!

If you can’t belong to a gym or fitness facility you can still exercise. The exercises above can be done anywhere! Try to do each exercise 10 times and spend at least 15-20 minutes everyday working out and don’t forget to eat healthy!
